TERMS OF SERVICE

MOWING, EDGING AND BLOWING

We will mow front and back yard. Edge along footpaths and driveways. Line trim around flower beds, fences, trees, A/C units, and areas that are not accessible with the mower. Blow footpath, driveway and patio areas clean.

YARD ACCESS

Your gate must remain unlocked for the full day of your regularly scheduled service. If you prefer not to unlock your gate, we would recommend you use a combination lock and that you provide us with the password or combination. If we cannot gain access to a yard we will not be able to return until the next scheduled visit, which results in lawns taking longer to mow and therefore extra expense to the client.

PETS AND YARD DEBRIS

Please let us know if you have any pets that are kept outside. We will make every effort not to let your pet through the gate, but we cannot guarantee your pet will not escape from the yard. Please leave your pet inside on your service day. Please pick up all pet droppings, toys, bones large rocks etc the day prior to your service. These items are very hazardous if hit by mower blades and can result in serious damage to your property and our equipment, or serious injury to our workers or others.

SSERVICE DAYS

We work Monday through Friday. Numerous factors can affect our schedule, therefore we cannot specify a specific time of day for each service.

RAIN / WEATHER DELAYS

We do mow in the light rain or after the rain lightens up. Should you think that it is too wet to mow, please contact us to skip service that day. If we have determined that it is too wet to allow a proper mowing, then you can expect us to arrive on the next dry day to perform your regular service.

SERVICE CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is customer satisfaction! You may cancel your service at any time. Neither party is under any obligation to continue service. It is our desire for you to be happy with the service we provide and continue our relationship throughout the year.

 

PRICING

Our service pricing is based on a number of factors. Factors taken into consideration when we do quotes are the size of your yard, if your yard has very steep areas or multiple levels, and the number of areas that require edging. Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote free of charge.

SERVICE ISSUES

During the rapid growing season (September - March) we recommend a bi-weekly mowing service. Leaving your service longer than this may cause problems such as clumps of grass or grass appearing to be cut unevenly. Going longer than this may also mean an extra charge may need to be added to your service as obviously longer grass takes longer to mow, and we also will have to take away extra grass from your lawn.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

Please contact us immediately if we have inadvertently caused damage to your property. Upon your notification we will return to repair the damage in a timely manner. If we are unable to repair the damage we will arrange for someone who is qualified to make the repair. ***Please note we will not honour any request for repair to windows on houses or cars that have been broken by flying rocks, toys, bones etc that have been expelled by our mowers while mowing your property, we request that items such as these are removed from your yard before we attend to mow your lawn so breakages such as these do not occur*** We are professionals and take all due care to ensure that accidents like these do not happen, however it is the property occupants responsibility to minimise the risk of such an event occurring

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our goal is total customer satisfaction! If you think our work is unsatisfactory, please call us within 24 hours and we will return either on the same day (time permitting) or the next business day to re-mow your lawn. If you are still unhappy with your mow, we will refund your service fee!
